get-passport-photo.com is an online service that allows users to generate compliant ID photos (passport, ID card, visa) from an uploaded photo. Our service uses artificial intelligence technologies to:

• Remove the background from your photo
• Crop and resize your photo to the official standards of the selected country
• Provide you with an image file ready for printing or online submission

The service is available 24/7, subject to maintenance interruptions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using our Services, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• You will not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• The information you provide to us is accurate and complete

3. USER ACCOUNTS

Certain features of our Service may require creating an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Payment is securely processed by our provider Stripe. We do not have access to your bank card information. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Payment is due at the time of order. Your photo will be provided immediately after payment confirmation.

5. REFUND POLICY

We guarantee that your ID photos comply with the official standards of the selected country and document type. If your photo is rejected by an official authority due to a non-compliance issue related to our processing, we will fully refund you.

To request a refund, please contact us at contact@get-passport-photo.com with:

• Your order number
• Proof of rejection (official document or email from the authority)

Refunds are not granted in the following cases: rejection due to the quality of the original photo provided by the user (blurry, poor lighting), rejection for a reason unrelated to the technical compliance of the photo (e.g., facial expression deemed non-compliant by an agent).

6. USER CONTENT AND PHOTOS

By uploading a photo to our Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the person photographed or you have the explicit consent of that person
• You have all necessary rights to submit this photo
• The photo does not violate the rights of third parties

Your photos are processed solely to generate your ID photo and are deleted within 24 hours of processing, unless you explicitly consent to longer storage.

7. PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using our Service to:

• Create fake identity documents or fraudulent documents
• Generate ID photos of persons without their consent
• Circumvent the security measures of our website
• Use our Service in an automated manner or with bots
• Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization
• Any illegal activity or activity contrary to public order

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website, its content, features, and technology are the exclusive property of Serhat Y. and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws.

The ID photo generated from your photo belongs to you. We claim no ownership rights over your photos or the generated photos.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Serhat Y. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.

We do not guarantee that our ID photos will be accepted by all authorities in all contexts. Official standards may change. We strive to keep our specifications up to date but cannot guarantee systematic acceptance.

Our total liability to you for any damages related to our Services shall be limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

10. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We strive to keep our Service available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control. We shall not be liable for service interruptions.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

For consumers residing in the European Union, you also benefit from the protection afforded by the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
